Seriously, is it? Please tell me it is. I’m so ready to be done with these lecture classes. They bite hard.

I put up a new Christmas layout. After like 800 tries to get something I liked (seriously, I have five different versions!), I finally settled on this. I quite like it. I’ll probably change the background or something, but, in the mean time, it’s finally up!

Yesterday was so fun! Mike and I wandered over to Nic’s house to hang out with her and Lauren. It was amusing. Mike played his DS, the girls played this weird Lord of the Rings game, and I watched and laughed at Lauren. Sorry Larn, but you’re hilarious to watch! At some point we ended up like attacking her too, which was even more hilarious. Nic and I just started to poke her and she freaked out.

I have one Algebra class and a theatre class left until I’m finally free. I don’t actually have to attend English tomorrow, but I think I will to gain a work-free lunch. Oh, and I have to attend another bloody meeting for this film club at school. But I might just…not. I’m pretty sure that he’s not even keeping tabs on me anyhow. hahaha Then next week I have my final project for theatre and my Algebra final and then I am finally free!!!!! Oh, I mustn’t forget to do my last assignment for orientation, but that’s not due until Monday. I’ll probably do it Friday. I’m really sick of school. I now understand why they give college kids such large breaks in between semesters.

Okay, I’m off to work on my Secret Santa person for VegOpt, my fanlistings/Squish and that’s it!

Oh! By the way! I have a few new hostees, and two of them have let me know that their sites are officially open. So give a very warm welcome to Aly and Leesh! I still have four who are still trying to get their sites up, and one that has not even emailed me back since I set her up. She might be getting removed. *awkward* But welcome all!

So yesterday was pretty sweet. I finished up my homework and stuff and then went over to Mike’s for the second day of the boys night. The boys played video games while I chilled on the couch. However, eventually we decided to head to Taco Bell. It was absolutely delicious! Then we headed to my friend’s for his birthday! It was really weird though.

There were only a few people there I even knew and everyone else was just kind of weird. The one girl I’m pretty sure didn’t even know my friend. She was getting ready to leave and was like, “Boy who lives here! Where’s boy who lives here? I need to get directions here from boy who lives here for my mother!” I was like, “WOW.” Her boyfriend (I think) played guitar for a while, and that was pretty cool. He was good, but he didn’t do very good songs. Ah well. They all looked kind of emo.

After, Mike, his mother and I all watching White Christmas on TV. That’s such a great movie. And tonight we’re watching Holiday Inn (my favorite!). Tomorrow I have my stupid English presentation/project. Ugh. But then I’m done with the semester and won’t be going in for class on Wednesday. In all honesty, I could go and enjoy some food, but I don’t really feel like it. I’d rather come home and chillax and maybe even take a bath. But I only have a little bit of school stuff to do before freedom at last! I’m so thankful for it. And am very ready to be done.

I’m just looking forward to freedom and Christmas! I’m basically done with my Christmas shopping and all that’s left is some wrapping. We’re putting up the Christmas tree over the week. I’ll have to take pictures. It always looks so lovely.

I know I promised new Cheese Chronicles, but I didn’t have time yesterday or today so I’ll probably be putting them up after class tomorrow. Wish me luck on my presentation! It should go quite well, but you never know. haha FOUR MORE DAYS OF CLASS LEFT!

Today was such a fabulous day. Really, I got so much accomplished! I wrote and turned in my English paper, edited my theatre paper and all I have left is to make my dish for English class and memorize my script for theatre. I have a whole two weeks until my last assignment for orientation is done and I’m basically free. It really feels fantastic. Here’s to hoping spring semester isn’t quite as crazy! *cheers*

Aside from that, I didn’t do much. I got approved for my second fanlisting in two years, Jon and Kate Gosselin. I also did a lot of work on Squish, but that’s kind of it. haha Sad, right?

Tonight Mike had a boys night, which is where he and the three guys all play video games and don’t sleep. Lauren and I typically have a “girls night” that same night, but tonight she was trying to get back on her old sleep schedule after being sick all week. Instead, we both went to the boys night, she stayed until 11 and I was there until 1.

It was fun I suppose. There wasn’t much to it this time. There was like a bag of potato chips and a thing of dip. That was it. haha Luckily though, I brought myself some popcorn and I made Lauren drag her huge box of Cheez Its over as well. They played Rock Band, I worked on my computer. Expect at least one new Cheese Chronicles tomorrow. One is finished, but I’d like to make another one.

That’s all though. Mother’s out of town, I’m chillaxing with my Abby puppy and eating a lot of leftovers from Thanksgiving (I’m not complaining!).

I’m going to head to sleep. Tomorrow I’m going to memorize my lines and write.

Yesterday, Mike promised me that Thanksgiving would be great. I didn’t really believe him because his mother can be so strict, but I went to sleep thinking there was a chance it could go well.

I text him when I get up letting him know that dinner here would be at 1 and I would be picking him up at that same time. He said okay and I somehow knew everything would be fine. He said on the ride to my house that his mother said something like, “Fine Michael, just do whatever you want.” Kind of trying to guilt trip him, only, he was like, “Okay! See you at dinner!” hahaha And left. I guess his dad said something like, “See you! Have fun!”, before he left because his dad wanted our plan. His dad is awesome and really hilarious.

Dinner here was lovely. We had our usual turkey, stuffing, gravy, rolls, mashed potatoes and corn. We had our two friends over with their baby, which was nice, and my brother and sister-in-law. It lasted a good hour before we had to head over to Mike’s for dinner there. I had a lot of grass (it’s like cabbage and carrots all shredded in apple vinegar and oil and is really freaking addictive and delicious) and maybe some corn as I was really stuffed. haha Then we chilled there until after dessert and everything because we had to do his grandma’s birthday thing too. We went back to my house to get my DS and literally came back and played video games the rest of the night with his brother. haha

I came home relatively early (for me) and basically went to sleep. I was exhausted.

Today I need to write an English paper and I was going to need to write a few sentences to add to my critique for theatre, but I did it on LiveJournal by accident. So I just need to write that dang paper. Blech! Mother went to my grandmother’s today and will be home tomorrow night. (w00t!) Which means I have the house all to myself all day today! Tonight the boys are having a party and that’s the only thing I have to get up to do! It’s also fantastic because mother isn’t home. I do not have a curfew. Unless his mother comes down and yells, I can stay over however long I want. I had better go write that paper quickly then! I want to enjoy this time alone as much as possible.

Edit: I wrote this in a rush and forgot to include what I’m thankful for! As it’s my last day, I am most thankful for Michael. Without him, I would probably not have a social life, would be very unhappy and would, no doubt, be in a very deep depression. He fills my life with joy and happiness and is constantly going out of his way to make me happy. He treats me like a princess, but only to an extent, as he should. He always includes me in everything and makes sure I’m aware of what’s going on. Yes, he tends to plan everything last minute, but I’m well aware of that and am pretty used to it now. He respects me, takes care of me and is, not only my boyfriend, but my best friend. I love him more than anything and he claims he loves me even more than that. I don’t know how I feel about that, but his love lights a huge fire inside my soul. I love him so much. *squish*

I really wish I could give fanlistings away or something, but that’s just not possible as I only have three and they are very near and dear to my heart. Also, I just got them really recently. haha

Today, I’m thankful for a lot. Mostly, I’m thankful for love. This will probably get reiterated tomorrow in some aspects and has probably made up a lot of what I’m thankful for, but that’s okay. Love fills my soul with life. (wow, that sounds good!) Love from my sick best friend who I just want better so badly. Love for my amazing boyfriend that makes me feel special even though I’m not. And heck, even love for those of you that visit my site.

Love makes me do what I do. Love makes me act how I act. Love almost defines who I am and, without it, I’m nothing. Or, in other words, I fall into a heck of a depression. The stronger the love is of those around me, the stronger I usually am.

Okay. Things should be interesting tomorrow. I have to wake up a little earlier to shower, then (in an ideal situation that I’ll elaborate on more if things do change) I’ll pick Mike up right as we start eating. We’ll leave after to his house to spend time with his family and eat dessert. Then, we’ll hang out with his brother (w00t! I adore him!) probably in the basement, play some video games and just hang out. We’ll eat dinner a little later, people will start leaving and we’ll get all the leftovers to ourselves. Bwahahaha! I do love the food on Thanksgiving. Especially Mike’s grandmother’s peanut butter pie and cheese sticks. Uh-mazing.

I got a pretty cute shorter dress I will be wearing tomorrow over jeans to make it a little more casual and it should end up being a great day.

Please leave Lauren some love as she is very sick and has to work both tomorrow and Black Friday. I feel so bad for her, I wish I could help her, but, alas, I cannot. *sigh* I loathe being helpless. I truly do.

(Today must be a good writing day for me, I love everything I wrote and may be stealing it for my novel.)

By the way, on the note of Squish, I’ve gotten a lot of it up and should be able to open in a week or so depending on how much time I have to work on it this next week. It will definitely be up by Christmas, as will a new holiday layout for Dottish!
